How to Join
SUBWAY® CHICKEN BULGOGI RAFFLE – TRIP TO SOUTH KOREA
Promotion Period: May 27, 2026 –11:59PM on July 21, 2026 (Philippine Standard Time)
1. ELIGIBILITY
This promotion is open to all residents of the Philippines who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Subway International B.V. ("Promoter”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees and authorised operators in the Philippines, Inventie Digital Marketing Services (“Inventie”), Sarap Mag Biyahe Travel and Tours (“SMB Travel & Tours”), advertising and promotion agencies, and their relatives up to the third degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to participate.
2. QUALIFYING PURCHASE
To participate, a participant must purchase a Subway® Chicken Bulgogi Regular Meal (valid for dine-in and takeout) from any participating Subway® Philippines restaurant during the promotion period. The official receipt (“OR”) must clearly show the Chicken Bulgogi Regular Meal purchase, the date of purchase, and a valid 10-digit OR number.
3. HOW TO ENTER
- Visit www.subwayph.promo or scan the QR code placed inside our restaurant during the promotion period.
- Complete the online entry form with your full name, home address, email address, mobile number, date of purchase, and OR number.
- Upload a clear photo of your official receipt showing the qualifying purchase.
- Submit your entry and wait for verification.
Multiple entries are allowed provided each entry uses a unique OR/Invoice number. One OR number = one entry.
4. RECEIPT VERIFICATION
All submitted receipts will be verified using automated OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology to confirm the presence of a qualifying Subway® Chicken Bulgogi Regular Meal purchase. Entries with receipts that do not meet verification requirements will not be able to join the raffle. The Promoter reserves the right to manually verify any entry. Participants who believe their entry has been rejected in error may request a manual review by contacting the Promoter at Subway Philippines Facebook page within seven (7) days of submission.
5. DUPLICATE AND FRAUDULENT ENTRIES
Duplicate OR numbers will be automatically disqualified. The submission of fraudulent, altered, or illegible receipts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification. The Promoter reserves the right to pursue legal action against fraudulent participants.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any entry, to request additional information or documentation from any participant (including a copy of the original physical receipt), and to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, duplicate, in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Entries linked to receipts that are subsequently refunded, cancelled, or voided shall be automatically disqualified.6. PRIZE
1 winner of Trip to South Korea for 2 persons, inclusive of round-trip economy airfare, hotel accommodations (December 7-12, 2026, 5 days and 4 nights), guided tour provided by Sarap Mag Biyahe Travel and Tours (“SMB Travel & Tours”), and KRW 250,000 spending allowance.

The trip must be redeemed within six (6) months from the date of claiming, subject to availability and Promoter approval. The nominated travelling companion must be at least 18 years of age and travel together with the winner on the same itinerary. The Promoter shall not be responsible for visa denial, passport issues, or any inability of the winner or companion to travel; in such circumstances the prize may be forfeited or, at the Promoter's sole discretion, an alternate companion or alternate winner may be substituted.
The trip prize is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The trip prize may be transferred to an immediate family member of the winner, subject to (i) submission of a notarised deed of transfer, (ii) the designated transferee meeting all travel and visa requirements, and (iii) payment of any applicable rebooking fees charged by the travel service provider. The MacBook Neo and Subway® Regular Meal prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Travel dates are subject to availability and Promoter approval.
The 20% prize tax under Section 24(B)(1) of the National Internal Revenue Code shall be shouldered by the Promoter. All other expenses not expressly mentioned in these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to Philippine Travel Tax, terminal fees, South Korean visa application and processing fees, travel insurance, and personal incidental expenses, shall be for the account of the winner.
Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, or affiliated in any way with, this promotion. MacBook® and MacBook Neo are trademarks of Apple Inc., used here solely to identify the prize. The MacBook Neo prize is provided with Apple's standard manufacturer's limited warranty only. AppleCare, AppleCare+, and other extended protection or service plans are not included.
Acceptance of the trip prize and the MacBook Neo prize is subject to the winner (and, in the case of the trip prize, their nominated travelling companion) signing a Prize Acceptance Form setting out the applicable terms of acceptance, which will be provided by the Promoter upon notification.
To claim any prize under this promotion, the winner must present (a) a valid government-issued photo identification of the winner (e.g. Philippine passport, driver's license, PhilSys ID, or UMID. The trip prize and the MacBook Neo prize may be claimed in person at Inventie Digital Marketing Services, UGF Tower 1 Globe Telecom Tower 1, Pioneer, Mandaluyong City, during the Promoter’s regular business hours. The Subway® Regular Meal for 2 prize may be claimed at any participating Subway® Philippines restaurant. If a winner is unable to claim the prize in person, an authorised representative may do so on the winner’s behalf upon presentation of (i) a valid government-issued photo identification of the representative and (ii) a formal letter of authorisation signed by the winner and bearing the winner’s full name. Winners shall have not less than sixty (60) days from the date of notification within which to claim their prize.
7. WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be selected through a random electronic draw from all verified entries at the end of the promotion period. The draw will be conducted on August 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM (Philippine Standard Time) at Inventie Digital Marketing Services, UGF Tower 1 Globe Telecom Tower 1, Pioneer, Mandaluyong City, in the presence of a duly authorized DTI representative. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be notified via the email address and mobile number provided at time of entry within seven (7) days from the draw date. Failure to claim the prize within sixty (60) days of notification will result in forfeiture of the prize and the Promoter shall conduct a redraw from the remaining verified entries to select an alternate winner.
9. PUBLICITY
By accepting a prize, the winner and their nominated travelling companion consent to the use of their name, image, likeness, and statements by the Promoter and its affiliates for promotional and publicity purposes in connection with this promotion and the Subway® brand, in any media now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation, for a period of twelve (12) months from the draw date.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, illness, damage, delay, or expense arising from participation in this promotion or from the use, redemption, or enjoyment of any prize, including without limitation any acts or omissions of third-party service providers (including without limitation SMB Travel & Tours, airlines, hotels, and tour operators) engaged to fulfil the prize. Nothing in this clause limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
11. MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it impossible or impracticable to continue, subject to compliance with applicable law. Any material modification will be notified to participants through www.subwayph.promo.
12. GENERAL
12.1 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.2 No failure or delay by the Promoter in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms & Conditions shall operate as a waiver of that right or remedy.
12.3 These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and (for the winner) the Prize Acceptance Form, constitute the entire agreement between the Promoter and the participant in respect of this promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and the Prize Acceptance Form, the Prize Acceptance Form prevails for matters concerning the trip prize and the MacBook Neo prize.
13. GOVERNING LAW
This promotion is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.

DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-256816 Series of 2026.
This Privacy Policy is issued in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. It applies specifically to personal data collected in connection with this promotion and supplements the Subway® Group Privacy Statement (Philippines), available at https://www.subway.com/en-PH/Legal/PrivacyStatement-FWH, which governs general Subway® Group processing of personal information. In the event of any inconsistency, this Privacy Policy prevails in respect of personal data collected for this promotion.

The Promoter (defined in the Terms & Conditions) acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) for all personal data collected through this promotion.

For winners only, additional personal data will be collected at the prize claim stage, including government-issued ID, passport details, and date of birth (and the same for the nominated travelling companion in respect of the trip prize).
3. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION
Your data is collected and processed solely for the following purposes:
- To validate your entry and verify your qualifying purchase
- To administer the raffle draw and select a winner
- To notify the winner and facilitate prize delivery
- To comply with legal and regulatory requirements
4. LEGAL BASIS
Processing of your personal data is based on your consent, which is given upon submission of your entry, and is necessary for the performance of our obligations under this promotion.
5. DATA SHARING
Your personal data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only with:
- Service providers engaged to administer this promotion (under strict confidentiality obligations)
- Inventie Digital Marketing Services, as the Promoter’s appointed raffle administrator, for the purposes of verifying entries, conducting the raffle draw, contacting winners, and facilitating prize claims.
- Sarap Mag Biyahe Travel and Tours, as the Promoter's appointed travel service provider for the trip prize, for the purposes of booking flights and accommodation, arranging the guided tour, and coordinating travel logistics with the winner and their nominated travelling companion. This will involve cross-border transfer of personal data from the Philippines to South Korea, including onward transfers to downstream travel service providers (airlines, hotels, and tour operator.)
- Government authorities as required by law
6. DATA RETENTION
Personal data collected through this promotion will be retained for a period not exceeding one (1) year after the promotion ends, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized. Receipt images will be deleted immediately after verification.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
As a data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to:
- Be informed of the processing of your personal data
- Access your personal data
- Dispute the inaccuracy or error of your personal data and have it corrected
- Object to the processing of your personal data
- Erasure or blocking of your personal data
- Data portability, where applicable
- Be indemnified for damages sustained due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorised use of personal data
- Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC)
